New Councillors take office
The Parish Council election in East Boldre was uncontested. The newly-elected councillors took office four days after the scheduled date of the election, on 2nd May 2019. Councillors formally took office on Tuesday 7 May 2019.
Because the number of members elected unopposed to the Council was less than the total number on the parish council, the newly-elected members, after they took office, co-opt persons to fill the vacancies. This was done at the formal meeting of the Parish Council on 14th May 2019. Rebecca Gabzdyl was co-opted onto the council. She completed the councillor acceptance form and joined the council directly. For more information about East Boldre Councillors, please see the parish council section of the website.
